CSKA Moscow make tempting counterproposal for Vlasic

CSKA Moscow are open to selling Nikola Vlasic to AC Milan initially on loan but the Russians want the final fee to be 30 million euros.

Coach Stefano Pioli is studying an AC Milan squad that knows how to play with the 4-4-2 formation, therefore without a real number 10. Nevertheless, the Rossoneri management are still looking for a new attacking midfielder, a player with different characteristics from Brahim Diaz.

According to reports from Tuttosport (via MilanNews.it), Nikola Vlasic remains the most likely option for AC Milan. The Rossoneri have been following the Croatian star for a long time and are optimistic that an agreement can be reached in the last days of the summer transfer window.

AC Milan recently had a new round of talks with CSKA Moscow reports Tuttosport. The Russian clubs wants to monetize as much as possible from the possible sale of the Croatian international. The recent public statements of Vlasic’s agent have highlighted the willingness of the CSKA Moscow to sell the player.

So far, AC Milan have insisted on a loan move with the option to make the transfer permanent at the end of the season. The novelty is that the Russians could accept a deferred payment of 10 million immediately for the loan and another 20 million for the permanent signing. However, their total rating of Nikola Valsic remains firm at 30 million euros. A tempting proposal that the management is considering.

Meanwhile, Nikola Vlasic has already agreed personal terms with AC Milan over a long-term contract at around €3 million per season. The 23-year-old attacking midfielder has rejected other offers from interested clubs and is pushing to join Stefano Pioli’s side.
