Sandro Tonali says yes to AC Milan

AC Milan could pull an upset and steal Sandro Tonali from Inter. The two clubs will clash on the market for the Italian midfielder.

The name of Sandro Tonali remains a top transfer target for AC Milan. The Italian talent will leave Brescia in the summer with many clubs interested in his services.

The 20-year-old defensive midfielder has been followed by the Rossoneri for a long time although according to many reports Inter are closer than any other club in the race for Tonali, a specific name request by Antonio Conte. However, according to the latest news coming from Spain, AC Milan could pull an upset and secure Sandro Tonali.

Todofichajes.com reports that Tonali and his agent Beppe Bozzo would have given positive signals to AC Milan. The Rossoneri have held positive talks and the defensive midfielder has said yes to a potential move to the Rossoenri. Nevertheless, Milan must equalize Inter’s offer for the Brescia player or improve it.

The Nerazzurri have put €35 million on the plate. According to Todofichajes, if AC Milan match Inter’s offer then the Rossoneri would overtake the historical cousins and sign Tonali for next season. The 20-year-old has never hidden his admiration for the Rossoneri and his idol Gennaro Gattuso.

The Italian media claims that Paolo Maldini will have 75 million euros to spend on the summer transfer market plus a percentage of all sales. Signing a new midfielder is a priority of the Rossoneri even though the club wants to avoid a bidding war.
