AC Milan and Juventus negotiate sensational swap

The two Serie A giants are considering a sensational swap deal between striker Mario Mandzukic and midfielder Giacomo Bonaventura.

Sportmediaset reports that the Rossoneri and Juventus are negotiating a sensational players exchange. Apparently AC Milan are considering the purchase of Croatian striker (turned left winger) Mario Mandzukic while the Serie A champions want to get Giacomo Bonaventura in exchange.

The former Bayern Munich striker is a versatile player much appreciated by Gennaro Gattuso. The 32 year old is looking for new opportunities and is expected to leave the Bianconeri this summer. It is a clear that Mandzukic is entering a declining period of his career having scored only 10 goals in 43 games this season so Juventus could offer cash in addition.

Jack Bonaventura on the other hand was the second top scorer of AC Milan in Serie A this season. According to Mirabelli, the Italian midfielder is the most wanted Rossoneri player on the market today. Juve coach Massimiliano Allegri a big admirer of him and is pushing hard to reach a deal.
