AC Milan interested in second Frankfurt player after Rebic

AC Milan could return to make business with Eintracht Frankfurt with both the Rossoneri and Inter interested in midfielder Filip Kostic.

Through the years AC Milan and Inter have battled for many players. This time the footballer in question would be Filip Kostic, Serbian talent of Eintracht Frankfurt. A very technical and quality midfielder that can play in multiple roles.

Filip Kostic, former team-mate of AC Milan winger Ante Rebic, is a midfielder who can adapt on  both wings. An attacking minded player that is attracting the attention of many important European clubs with his performances.

According to Fichajes.net, Kostic has been scouted by both AC Milan and Inter in recent games. The Rossoneri could really need an element so ductile and fast that can occupy many roles in Stefano Pioli’s 4-3-3 formation.

In Antonio Conte’s Inter he could play as wing-back in his 3-5-2 perhaps in place of Candreva or Asamoah, both at a certain advanced age. Eintracht Frankfurt value Filip Kostic at €35 million and will hardly accept to let their 27-year-old midfielder leave in January.

AC Milan can boast a privileged relationship with Frankfurt after the Rebic-Andre Silva swap that took place this summer. Both players will stay at their respective new clubs on loan for two years and both have the right to sign them permanently for €25 million.
