AC Milan transfer target scores 4 goals in the last match

AC Milan transfer target Julian Alvarez continues to make make waves with his performances scoring four goals in the last match.

The derby draw with Inter once again highlighted one of AC Milan’s biggest problems. The Rossoneri clearly need more options in attack. Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Olivier Giroud and Pietro Pellegri are rarely at the top of their physical condition and almost never all three available to coach Stefano Pioli.

The management and Elliott are well aware of this problem. Maldini and Massara are pondering whether to purchase one or two strikers in the summer but the current situation has forced the management to consider signing a new centre forward in January.

A number of players have been linked to the Rossoneri. Names like Belotti or Yuri Alberto are not realistic targets for January but the situation is different for Argentine star Julian Alvarez.

The 21-year-old River Plate striker is the top pick of Maldini. Rossoneri scouts have followed him on a number of occasions and Alvarez continues to score at a regular pace in South America. Last night, Julian Alvarez personally destroyed Patronato scoring a poker of goals that keeps River Plate comfortable at the top of the league.

In 16 appearances so far, Julian Alvarez has scored 15 goals and assisted 6. Excellent numbers for a young player who dreams of playing in Europe. The AC Milan transfer target has a release clause of 25 million euros but with his contract expiring in one year, River Plate are willing to sell their gem for €18 million.
