AC Milan receive two offers for defender

AC Milan left-back Diego Laxalt will be sold this summer after just one year at San Siro. The Rossoneri value him at 15 million.

MILAN TRANSFER NEWS – With nearly €100 million spent so far in signings, the sale of Patrick Cutrone to Wolverhampton is not enough to balance the books and fund other purchases. Among the many other players that are expected to leave AC Milan this summer there is also Diego Laxalt.

Officially, the 26-year-old Uruguay international hasn’t joined the team in pre-season because he’s still on vacation but the management is actively trying to sell the left-back who is not part of coach Marco Giampaolo’s plans.

AC Milan currently have four left-backs and two of them must leave. New signing Theo Hernandez is expected to be the starting left-back while one between Ivan Strinic and Ricardo Rodriguez must follow Laxalt out of Milan.

According to reports, Torino and Zenit St Petersburg have made offers for Diego Laxalt while Atalanta are also monitoring the situation of the former Genoa. AC Milan demand at least 15 million euros for Laxalt. His agent Ariel Krasouski will be tomorrow at San Siro to meet with Maldini.

Last year the Rossoneri paid around 16 million to Genoa for the Uruguay international. Despite making 29 appearances in all competitions the former Genoa failed to live up to expectations and will be sold after only one year at San Siro.
