Former AC Milan coach Fabio Capello analyzes the situation of the Rossoneri. In an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, Fabio Capello backed Rafael Leao to shine this season.

The legendary AC Milan coach believes that Leao has what it takes to finally make his breakthrough this season. The 22-year-old left winger joined AC Milan from Lille two years ago for a transfer fee of nearly 30 million euros. Despite his obvious talent Leao has been unable to cement himself as a regular in Stefano Pioli’s eleven.
In his first season at San Siro, Leao recorded 6 goals and 3 assists in 33 appearances. In his second year, the Portuguese talent did better scoring 7 goals and assisting 6 in 40 appearances.
