Newcastle to bid €30m for AC Milan midfielder

After many attempts in the past, AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie could finally land in Premier League at Newcastle.

Newcastle will certainly be among the protagonists of the next transfer market. The English club, with its new and ambitious oil-rich ownership, intends to make important investments to reinforce a team that is not of the highest level. Milan could also benefit from the fresh money that will come from the Premier League in the summer.

It is no secret that the Rossoneri have no untouchable players. Theo Hernandez, Alessio Romagnoli, Ismael Bennacer, Ante Rebic and Rafael Leao will hardly leave but the others are all on the market.

One element that could appeal to Newcastle is certainly Franck Kessie reports MilanLive.it. The central midfielder has a valuation of around €30 million and in case of an offer deemed appropriate, AC Milan are ready to sell him.

The former Atalanta has always been a regular starter at San Siro since his arrival in 2019. The Rossoneir invested 32 million euros to sign Kessie from Atalanta. However, the 23-year-old has been unable to make the long-awaited leap in quality and the Rossoneri are running out of patience.

The English league seems to be the perfect one for Kessie’s characteristics and it is no coincidence that his name in the past has been associated with important clubs such as Wolves, Arsenal, West Ham and Tottenham. But it could be Newcastle to secure the services of Franck Kessie for next season.
