OF: AC Milan have blocked 3 signings for next season

AC Milan have moved in advance to block three signings for next season reports OneFootball. One for each department.

Just like they did last summer AC Milan are expected to be again one of the most active clubs on the market. The Rossoneri work on their targets in advance and, according to OneFootball, AC Milan have already blocked three signings for next season. One for each department.

The purchase of Sven Botman from Lille is considered a formality. The Dutch defender has agreed personal terms with the Rossoneri since January. He will form the central duo in defence for next season alongside Fikayo Tomori. AC Milan continue to negotiate with Lille on the transfer fee but the operation should be closed for a figure close to €33 million.

Sven Botman will be joined in his AC Milan adventure by Renato Sanches. The Portuguese, despite some recent setbacks, should join AC Milan when the summer transfer window opens. Sanches is considered as the ideal replacement of Franck Kessie. Maldini and Massara are confident that Renato Sanches will ben an upgrade over Kessie rather than his replacement.

The transfer of Sanches is favored by his contractual situation. The former Bayern Munich star becomes a free agent in one year and Lille are forced to sell him when the season is over. The price tag is €18 million. A bargain fee for a player of his caliber even though injuries have hampered his career.

Finally the attack. Divock Origi is set to join AC Milan as a free agent. The Liverpool striker will complete the Rossoneri’s forward trio next season. Origi will bring valid international experience. The 26-year-old is in advanced talks to sign a long-term contract at around 3.5 million per season.
