Inter vs Milan, probable formations

AC Milan will face Inter in the umpteenth Derby della Madonnina. A very important match for the Scudetto hopes of both clubs.
Today, AC Milan will face Inter in the second leg of the Derby della Madonnina. The Nerrazzuri are currently leading Serie A with four points ahead of the Rossoneri with one more match to play. AC Milan, on the other hand, need a win in order to stay in the race for the Scudetto.
For Inter vs Milan, coach Stefano Pioli will have back under his orders Franck Kessie but Ante Rebic could stay out. No doubts for Pioli in defence. Pierre Kalulu and Alessio Romagnoli will form the central duo. The Italian coach has decided not to risk Tomori. Theo Hernandez and Davide Calabria complete the back line.
Pioli is aware that only three points can keep AC Milan in the race for the Scudetto so he’s considering deploying a stable but attacking-minded squad. Ismael Bannacer and Sandro Tonali will play in midfield with Franck Kessie moved up ahead.
The Ivorian will start the match in the attacking midfielder role. Rafael Leao and Ante Rebic were supposed to play on the wings but the Croatian’s injury means that Alexis Saelemaekers will likely take the spot on the right, slightly in advantage over Junior Messias.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is in a similar role with Fikayo Tomori. Pioli will not risk him for Inter vs Milan. Olivier Giroud will lead the attack against the Nerazzuri in the derby.
INTER (3-5-2): Handanovic; Skriniar, De Vrij, Bastoni; Dumfries, Barella, Brozovic, Calhanoglu, Perisic; Lautaro, Dzeko.
MILAN (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Calabria, Kalulu, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Tonali, Bennacer; Saelemaekers, Kessie, Leao; Giroud.
