From France: AC Milan trying to close signing of PSG star soon

French midfielder Adrien Rabiot is one of the best young midfielders in Europe and AC Milan are trying to sign him on a free transfer.

According to reports by Le10Sport.com, a French site dedicated to the transfer market, AC Milan continue to work on signing Adrien Rabiot for next summer, when the 23 year old midfielder’s contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires.

The Rossoneri management have maintained contacts with the player’s entourage in recent weeks and the parties have talked on daily basis trying to convince the talented midfielder to embrace the Devil. Calciomercato reports that Leonardo wants to close an agreement with Rabiot in the next few weeks offering a contract of around 4-5 million euros per season.

Leonardo and Maldini also seem convinced that they have a good chance of succeeding in the operation despite PSG’s insistence to offer a new rich renewal proposal to Rabiot. Barcelona and Real Madrid remain interested in the French star.
