Gazzetta: All the players AC Milan will sell this summer

At same time Massimiliano Mirabelli is working to close important signings he is also preparing to sell several AC Milan players and use that money to fund new purchases.

Many elements of AC Milan have already prepared their suitcases, some because they have reached the end of their Rossoneri path while some others because they are considered now useless to the tactical cause of Mr. Gennaro Gattuso. Today La Gazzetta dello Sport unveils the full list of players that should be sold and help Milan gather funds to finance important purchases.

As stated, the players expected to leave Milanello are different; starting from Donnarumma, but not the usual chatter about Gianluigi but rather his older brother Antonio that someone describes as not happy with the role of third goalkeeper. AC Milan are ready to sell him elsewhere just to get rid of his 1 million net per year salary. It’s possible that after 9 consecutive seasons even Ignazio Abate says goodbye to the Rossoneri, ready to start a new adventure in the US with an MLS club that has already inquired about him.

The club hopes to get a few million from the sale of Gustavo Gomez, who almost joined Boca Juniors on January. The Red and Blacks want 9 million to let him go but it will be hard to sell at that price a player that accumulated only one official appearance last season. Out also Luca Antonelli, especially after the signing of Ivan Strinic on a free transfer. The Italian is in high demand in Serie A. Even former captain Riccardo Montolivo could decide to free himself twelve months before the end of his contract, saving Milan about 5 million gross of salary. Instead, the young and almost invisible Jose Mauri will likely leave on loan.

They are not sure to depart both but at least one between Nikola Kalinic and Andre Silva seems destined to exit this summer. Ac Milan are hoping for a revolution in attack (in a positive sense) but much will depend on the fate of the two current strikers and the offers that the club will receive. All these players can help the Rossoneri create a significant treasure to be reinvested in a more prolific bomber then the above-mentioned duo.
