Gazzetta: Yonghong Li visiting Milan with 20 potential investors
Important changes are expected soon regarding the organization of AC Milan. President Yonghong Li is preparing the club for the next stage.
Today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport reports this morning that together with president Yonghong Li, visiting Milan in these days, there was also another large group of people: about 20-25 potential sponsors and investors, who were positively surprised by the Milanello sports center, the headquarters and the entire organization of the club.
By the end of April the club has to repay about 400 million euros of loan to Elliot Fund and has contracted Merrill Lynch bank to help ease the refinancing process. It is expected that in the next few months a new minority shareholder joins Mr Li.
