Lazio star says YES to AC Milan transfer
AC Milan seem to be working unnoticed on the market. After Halilovic now Mirabelli has prioritized Immobile as his next target.
Transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio reports for Sky Sports, AC Milan coach Massimiliano Mirabelli met yesterday with Ciro Immobile’s agent. For a long time the Rossoneri have been monitoring Lazio’s star striker, with Morata being another target. The player apparently has given his approval to this transfer. Immobile intends to play for the Rossoneri with or without Europa League.
The Italy international enjoyed one of the best years of his career last season. The 28 year old scored 41 goals in 47 appearances and in addition provided 11 assists. Numbers that made Immobile the best striker in Italy for the past season.
Asked about a possible move away from Lazio, Immobile replied: “I scored 41 seasonal goals, it is normal that my name is being linked with some top clubs. I am enjoying a few days of vacation but I can not wait to start again“.
