Official – Suso signs new contract with Milan

The Spaniard has extended his contract with the Red and Blacks

Suso and AC Milan continue together! The Spain international has put pen to paper and has extended his contract with the club. The official statement from the club: “AC Milan are delighted to announce that Suso has extended his contract with the club through to 30 June 2022.”

We’ve been waiting for this day for a long time, all agreeing on the outcome. Now the contract has been signed, it’s official. Great news for all the Red and Black fans, for one of the best playersin the past season. Suso’s recent history for AC Milan starts with his arrival from Liverpool in January 2015; it was not easy to settle in for the Spaniard who in the first months of 2016 moved on loan to Genoa managed by Gasperini, where he went on to score his first hat-trick ever and had the opportunity to play with great consistency and to show his qualities. Qualities that don’t go unnoticed at AC Milan where he returns and this time with Montella in the manager seat, he’s one of the key players for the Rossoneri and makes one of his dreams come true as he is called up with Spain. A quality player, an ace up Montella’s sleeve who has recorded more than 50 appearances and scored 10 goals (3 in 2017/18). Among the fondest memories so far his brace in last season’s derby (2-2), the assist for Bonaventura’s header which gave us the 1-1 in the SuperCup final in Doha followed by the penalty converted in the shootout.
