RB Leipzig striker offered to AC Milan

After Olivier Giroud, AC Milan need to sign another striker to complete the squad.

AC Milan want to complete the attacking department with another purchase. Olivier Giroud and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are not enough for a long season where the Rossoneri will compete in three competitions, including the Champions League for the first time in 8 years.

Kaio Jorge was the chosen one but AC Milan delayed the deal allowing Juventus to swoop in and close everything in a matter of days. Paolo Maldini and Massara are looking at alternatives with Red Bull Leipzig Alexander Sorloth interested in a move.

According to reports from Norway (via MilanLive.it), the 25-year-old centre forward have been offered to AC Milan. After bagging 33 goals in a single season for Trabzonspor, Alexander Sorloth moved to Red Bull Leipzig for a 20 million euros transfer fee.

Sorloth first season in the Bundensliga was not a successful one finding the back of the net on 6 occasions in 37 appearances. With the imminent arrival of Andre Silva at Red Bull Leipzig, Sorloth risks going down the pecking order and is looking for a new club.

The 25-year-old striker is also available on loan but AC Milan don’t seem particularly interested. The Rossoneri want to sign a young striker that can learn from the experience of Giroud and Ibrahimovic and is available on a low fee. Nantes 22-year-old striker Randal Kolo Muani is the alternative to Kaio Jorge.
