After Schick, Roma offer another player to Milan

Roma insist on signing AC Milan star winger Suso and, after Schick, this time have offered Javier Pastore plus cash for the Spaniard.

MILAN TRANSFER NEWS – Roma have prioritized the purchase of AC Milan star Suso. The Italian club needs to sign a new winger after the sale of Stephan El Shaarawy to China. New Roma coach Paulo Fonseca considers the Spaniard as the perfect player for his 4-2-3-1 lineup.

The two clubs have been negotiating for a while and that possibility that Suso moves to Roma is concrete. According to rumors the 25-year-old winger has already given his approval to a possible transfer in the capitol.

Initially Roma proposed a swap deal between Suso and Patrick Schick. AC Milan coach Marco Giampaolo would love to work with his former player but this offer was immediately rejected by Milan. The Rossoneri value Suso 38 million euros and would prefer a cash only deal without technical counterparts. Furthermore, Milan value Schick less than 30 million.

La Repubblica reports that Roma have made a new bid. According to the Italian newspaper, Roma have offered attacking midfielder Javier Pastore plus cash (believed to be a figure of 10 million euros) for the Spanish winger.

Even this offer will likely have the same outcome as the first bid. The Argentine midfielder is 30-years-old and doesn’t respect Elliot’s guidelines on the parameters of new signings. Also the player doesn’t seem every enthusiastic about this possibility as he would like to stay at Roma.
