Free agent winger offered to AC Milan

The mercato is closed but free agent players can still join new clubs. The Rossoneri recently had to refuse such an offer.

Intensive work for the player agents in these hectic last days of the summer transfer window, in which they tried to place some of their clients. The mercato is now over but for those players who are free agents there is still the possibility of joining a new club.

Among those who have remained without a team there are important names, even though not very young anymore. They range from David Luiz to Franck Ribery, from Radamel Falcao to Sebastian Giovinco, also passing through Serge Aurier and Javier Pastore.

According to reports by calciomercato.com, in recent days Franck Ribery has been offered to AC Milan. However, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara refused to enter into negotiations. The Rossoneri were in search of a winger but they were not interested in the experienced French winger.

At the end Milan signed Junior Messias. The former Bayern Munich and Fiorentina player was also proposed to Lazio and Sampdoria. In the last few hours, Hellas Verona has emerged as an option for the 38-year-old.

Ribery has received offers from Saudi Arabia and Turkey but he wants to stay in Serie A. His priority is to continue playing in Italy. Hellas Verona sold Mattia Zaccagni to Lazio and are not satisfied with just the signing of Gianluca Caprari. In his two seasons with Fiorentina, Ribery scored 5 goals and assisted 10 in 51 appearances.
