Elliot want €35m striker as Champions gift

AC Milan are interested in Borussia striker Marcus Thuram. The French player could be Elliot’s gift for the Champions.

Europe’s top clubs are all impressed by Marcus Thuram. The son of France legend Lilian Thuram is making a name for himself in Germany with Borussia Monchengladbach. The 23-year-old forward is considered a real talent on the rise, among the players with the highest average rating in the current Bundesliga championship.

According to German newspaper Bild, AC Milan have joined the race for Marcus Thuram. The Rossoneri are keeping tabs on thee French player and scouts have followed him on several occasions including the Champions League math against Inter.

AC Milan owners Elliot Management are very pleased with the progress of the squad this season and are ready to gift Pioli a top signing in case of Champions League qualification. Borussia Monchengladbach rate Thuram around 35 million euros.

However, Milan are not the only important club interested in the 23-year-old. Juventus, Barcelona, Inter and Manchester City have also recently set their sights on Thuram as a reinforcement for their attack ahead of next season.

The ductile forward is a fan of the Red and Blacks. “I don’t know why, but when my dad played for Juve, I cheered for Milan. I admired Shevchenko and Crespo“. In his debut season with Monchengladbach Thuram scored 14 goals and assisted 9 while in 11 appearances so far he has found the back of the net on 3 occasions and has provided 5 assists.
