Ronaldo favors AC Milan transfer for Spanish starlet

AC Milan are following Spanish talent Ivan Fresneda. The young right back could be the long-term successor to Davide Calabria.

In recent years, under the management of Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara, Milan has proved to be one of the best clubs in finding and signing promising young players with a bright future ahead. Players like Kalulu, Bennacer and Hernandez are prime examples of the great work done so far.

The Rossoneri now have another young talent on their radar. According to reports from Spain, AC Milan have set their sights on Ivan Fresneda. The 18-year-old Spanish right back has started to feature regularly this seasson making 7 appearances with Real Valladolid so far.

Having grown in the Real Madrid academy, Fresneda is catching the eye with his performances at Real Valladolid. Valladolid are a La Liga club owned by Ronaldo (Il Fenomeno). His progress has been pretty impressive so far and AC Milan are monitoring the young Ivan as a possible successor to Davide Calabria.

AC Milan are not the only Italian club interested in Ivan Fresneda with Juventus and Inter also keeping tabs on his situation according to Relevo. Ronaldo reportedly favors a move to Serie A for his player who is tied to Real Valladolid until 2025. The Brazilian superstar spent an important part of his career in Italy and knows that Serie A is the perfect place for a defender to grow.

Ivan Fresneda is also a regular for the Spanish Under 19. The young right back has been rumored as the next teenager to receive a call-up from the Spanish national team. Coach Luis Enrique is relying heavily on young and talented players in recent period.
