Repubblica: Yonghong Li wants top striker to join Milan

AC Milan have no intention of making radical transformations for next season but in attack some things are expected to change.

Although the upcoming summer shopping campaign will not be as pharaonic as last year the Rossoneri will aim to bring 2-3 big names at San Siro for next season. According to La Repubblica, the Chinese management of AC Milan and especially president Yonghong Li have prioritized the purchase of a new striker and will not spare in signing a top player up front.

This season the Rossoneri have suffered a lot the lack of a true goal scorer in the team with Nikola Kalinic, Patrick Cutrone and Andre Silva often in and out of the first eleven but unable guarantee goals like Inzaghi and Shevchenko used to do in the past. Massimiliano Mirabelli is already at work scouting several players with Andre Belotti being top choice.
