AC Milan and Sevilla agree Andre Silva sale

AC Milan have practically closed the transfer of Andre Silva to Sevilla. An agreement could be announced in the coming hours.

Since yesterday, Nikola Kalinic is a new player of Atletico Madrid, but soon another AC Milan striker could move in the Spanish La Liga. André Silva’s adventure in Italy seems to have come to an end after just one season. The arrival of Higuain has certainly changed the hierarchies in the offensive department and therefore, apart from Cutrone, no one has a guaranteed place in the squad of Rino Gattuso.

And after Kalinic, Andre Silva is also ready to say goodbye. According to the current edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Sevilla have set their sights on the Portuguese and an official statement could follow soon announcing his loan with the right to buy 38 million euros. Andre Silva’s farewell is therefore very close, an indication that in the Rossoneri squad there is only room for Higuain and Cutrone (with Bacca to be sold too very soon).

The Portuguese striker arrived at Milanello with very different expectations but his first season was rather disappointing. Despite the great investment made by the Red and Blacks, the former number 9 of AC Milan never managed to show his qualities and in the hierarchy of coach Gattuso has ended up behind Cutrone and Kalinic. Now it’s time for Andre Silva to try a new adventure in Spain.
