From Spain: AC Milan challenge Real Madrid and Barcelona for Belgium winger

AC Milan have joined Real Madrid and Barcelona in the race to sign Real Sociedad star Adnan Januzaj according to Mundo Deportivo.

MILAN TRANSFER NEWS – The name of Adnan Januzaj is back in fashion at Casa Milan. With Paolo Maldini as technical director and Marco Giampaolo to be announced as head coach very soon, the Rossoneri have started to think about the transfer market.

It’s going to be a very busy summer for AC Milan. Six player have already left the club while many other are expected to follow in what is going to be a period of transformation. A drastic change will happen in midfield and attack where Paolo Maldini is planning the arrival of several players when the market officially opens.

Adnan Januzaj plays for Real Sociedad in Spain and is considered by the Rossoneri as a cheaper version to Berardi. AC Milan were very close to his signing back in 2017 when he left Manchester United for a low fee of €8,5 million.

According to Mundo Deportivo, AC Milan are one of the six teams after the 24-year-old Belgium winger. Januzaj has declared he wants to leave Real Sociedad and try himself at a better club for the new season. Sevilla, PSG, Ajax, Real Madrid and Barcelona are also interested in his services claims his agent.

Adnan Januzaj made his breakthrough at Manchester United in 2014. The skilled right winger has also played at Borussia Dortmund and Sunderland. Januzaj made 20 La Liga appearances this season, scoring one goal and assisting three. He is reportedly available for €15 million. An opportunity for AC Milan but not a top transfer target.
