AC Milan in contact with Netherlands winger

AC Milan continue their hunt for a new left winger and have identified Netherlands international Quincy Promes as a possible target.

AC Milan are considering a new alternative for the attack. The Rossoneri have identified Quincy Promes of Spartak Moscow as a valid option for the left winger position and have already initiated contacts with the Russian club.

According to Sky Sport, there has been a meeting between the two club and the Russians demand 25 million euros for the speedy winger. The Rossoneri are forced to make even other purchases this week so would prefer to sign Promes on loan with the right or obligation to buy. Spartak Moscow insist on a permanent sale and seem reluctant about a loan move.

In the meantime, AC Milan have received the approval of the Netherlands international who is eager to join the Red and Blacks. After a breakthrough season in 2013/14 Promes moved to Russia for a fee of around 15 million euros. Ever since he has been a regular goalscorer in the Russian Premier League and has collecting 28 appearances with the Netherlands national team scoring on 5 occasions.
