AC Milan target signs for English club

AC Milan are in need of a new left winger and the club had blocked Bernard but the talented Brazilian has made a u turn joining Everton instead.

Brazilian left winger Bernard will not join the Rossoneri. Even though AC Milan had agreed personal terms with the player, the 25 year old is about to join the English club of Everton confirms Sky Sport.

Bernard will be in England tomorrow to complete medical tests before signing a five-year contract, much richer than what the Red and Blacks were offering. Leonardo had halted the signing of Bernard because first he needed to close the transfer of Nikola Kalinic to Atletico Madrid. The timings has worked against the Rossoneri this time.

However the latest move of the technical director suggest that Leonardo has already prioritized other targets before Bernard. We have to wait and see which player will take the place of Bernard but according to reports AC Milan could return to negotiate for Memphis Depay of Lyon or Angel Di Maria of PSG.
