AC Milan offer 2 players in exchange for Chiesa

AC Milan have reignited their interest in Fiorentina winger Federico Chiesa and are offering two players in exchange.

With Europa League secured for next season and Sefano Pioli confirmed as coach for two more years, AC Milan are finally beginning to move on the transfer market.

According to Sportmediaset (via MilanNews.it), AC Milan have reignited their interest in Fiorentina ace Federico Chiesa. The Rossoneri want to bring a new winger and are ready to challenge Juventus and Inter for the services of the 22-year-old.

If, as it seems, Ibrahimovic will renew his contract, AC Milan will make important investments for a new winger rather than a centre forward. The Fiorentina winger would be perfect to play wide on the right in Pioli’s 4-2-3-1 formation, with Samu Castillejo and Alexis Saelemaekers as first alternatives.

In order to sign Federico Chiesa, AC Milan are willing to offer Lucas Paqueta and Rafael Leao. Two young players in exchange for the Italy international reports Sportmediaset. Centre back Nikola Milenkovic could also be included in talks.

Federico Chiesa has enjoyed another positive season on personal level. The Italy international has scored 11 goals and assisted 7 in 36 appearances with Fiorentina. The talented winger has expressed his admiration for the Rossoneri in the past with Andriy Shevchenko being his idol. Fiorentina value Chiesa at 70 million euros.
