AC Milan vs Verona, probable lineups

Today at 18:00 CET, AC Milan play their last Serie A game before the Coppa Italia final. The Rossoneri host at San Siro relegation-threatened Hellas Verona.

The Rossoneri are in need of three points today and Gattuso wants his boys to deliver. AC Milan are behind Atalanta in the standings and can’t afford another bad result if Europa League qualification still remains a goal. Verona humiliated the Red and Blacks in their December encounter with the match ending 3-0.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Gennaro Gattuso aims to make some changes to the starting lineup. Coach Rino has chosen to rest right back Davide Calabria, and play instead veteran Ignazio Abate. For the rest of the formation, Manuel Locatelli starts in the control room with Lucas Biglia still out. Alessio Romagnoli makes his return after a muscle injury. No rest for Suso and Calhanoglu, which are now considered indispensable for the maneuver of the squad.

AC MILAN (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Abate, Bonucci, Romagnoli, Rodriguez; Kessie, Locatelli, Bonaventura; Suso, Cutrone, Calhanoglu.

HELLAS VERONA (4-3-3): Nicolas; Ferrari, Caracciolo, Boldor, Fares; Romulo, Fossati, Calvano; Matos, Cerci, Verde
