Andre Silva transfer to Sevilla closed

Andre Silva’s Italian adventure ends after only one season. The Portuguese talented striker leaves AC Milan to join Sevilla on loan.

Andre Silva will not play the new season with the Rossoneri jersey. His transfer to Sevilla is practically closed with the Spanish club completing the last details of the agreement with AC Milan technical director Leonardo.

AS reveals that the Portuguese striker will move to Spain on loan with an option to buy. The exact figures of he operation are not known but they should emerge in the next few hours. The player wants to fly to Spain as soon as possible to complete the medical examinations and sign the contract. He has a great desire to play with continuity and to prove his worth, something complicated to do at Milan because of the presence of Gonzalo Higuain and Patrick Cutrone.

At about 8.30 pm Andre Silva left Milanello, thus saluting the Rossoneri’s environment before beginning a new experience in Seville. The 22 year old striker was a specific request of coach Machin. The former Porto will have more space in Andalusia and will have to play well, to show that perhaps AC Milan have made a mistake not betting on him. However, because Bacca’s transfer is blocked at the moment, it was necessary for Milan to complete a sale in attack before proceeding with other signings.
