Aubameyang clashes with Dortmund and wants to join Milan
Aubameyang at AC Milan is again a real possibility. The Gabonese striker is irritated at Dortmund and wants to leave in January.
After the suspension for being late at training and a red card in the Ruhr derby against Schalke 04, the relationship between Pierre Emerick Aubameyang and his club Borussia Dortmund is at historical lows. So much so that the Gabonese 28 year old striker, according to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport, would like to leave the club already in January, with the German club that, unlike last summer, is open to negotiate his possible departure, as long as a club decides to offer 60 million euros.
What’s more interesting is the fact that Aubameyang still dreams of AC Milan with other teams like Chelsea, Liverpool and Everton also interested in his services. The rossoneri inquired abut their former player last summer but it was impossible finding an economic agreement with Borussia Dortmund. At the time the German club valued the player at 100 million euros, a price the Italians considered too hefty.
Despite some troubles, Aubameyang even this season is at his usual best netting 17 times in 19 games so far. It would be nice to see the 28 year old back at Milanello where his started his professional career. It remains to be seen whether this would be the right time to reach a deal that would satisfy all the three parties. At the same time rich Chinese clubs monitor the situation ready to cover Auba in gold.
