AC Milan have received a tempting from Paris Saint-Germain for Theo Hernandez but the left-back is staying.
The 2021 summer transfer window opens in one month but clubs are already active trying to close signings in advance. AC Milan are among the clubs that are planning to strengthen a lot in order to challenge for the Champions League. Nevertheless, the Rossoneri must be careful and avoid losing any stars.
Gianluigi Donnarumma is leaving on a free transfer and many other Rossoneri stars are sure to receive tempting proposals after the positive season that saw them finish second in the league. German newspaper BILD reports that Theo Hernandez is a wanted man on the market.
According to BILD (via MilanLive.it), Paris Saint-Germain have made a concrete and rich offer of €50 million for Hernandez. PSG want to improve on the left and have identified Theo as the ideal player to bring for the defence. Nevertheless, the Rossoneri have no interest in selling Hernandez and have returned the offer to the sender.
Just like last season, the 23-year-old left back has played a crucial role for Stefano Pioli’s side. The former Real Madrid talent scored 8 goals and provided 8 assists in 45 appearances this year. Great numbers that rank Theo among the best full-backs in Europe.
Two years ago, Paolo Maldini managed to convince Hernandez to join AC Milan. The Red and Blacks spent €20 million to acquire his services while now the former Real Madrid has a market value at least €50 million.
