Chelsea name Alvaro Morata price tag: Milan interested

Spanish striker Alvaro Morata wants to abandon Chelsea and return to Italy after only one season in England. AC Milan are interested in making a new attempt for his services.

Chelsea star Alvaro Morata could be on the move soon. The Premier league giants are willing to let him go after a first disappointing season in England reports Tuttosport. The 25 year old has finished down the pecking order and often enters the game as a substitute. 

So far he has scored 11 goals in 29 league appearances and together with his wife Alice Campello are feeling nostalgic about Italy. Chelsea are eyeing a move for striker Edinson Cavani and are ready to listen offers for Morata in the region of 60 million euros. AC Milan, PSG and Bayern Munich are monitoring the situation but the player seems to prefer a move back to Italy.

The Span international was close to joining AC Milan last season for a fee of 60 million euros but after the Champions League final Real Madrid increased their demands with 20 million. In the end he joined Chelsea for a club record fee of around 80 million euros. Perhaps this time
