AC Milan enter race for Lyon star
AC Milan have entered the race for the services of Lyon captain Nabil Fekir. The French attacking midfielder is a target of the Rossoneri according to Football365.
French outlet Football365 reports that the Rossoneri club are ready to challenge Arsenal for the services of Lyon’s midfielder Nabil Fekir. The 24 year old has been one of the best players in Ligue 1 for the past two seasons and has impressed even this year.
The Frenchman can easily play as left winger or as second striker and AC Milan are ready to make a serious attempt to bring him at San Siro. The Lyon star is rated at around 40 million euros and has a contract valid until 2020. The English club are also interested but much will depend on who will be their new coach for next season.
The 24 year old attacking midfielder has graduated to club captain this season. In 37 appearances Fekir has scored 22 goals and assisted 7 for Lyon. The player is opened to a move in Italy and it is almost certain that this summer he will move to a bigger club. It remains to be seen whether that club will be AC Milan or his future lies in England.
