CM: Bonaventura’s future depends on other player sale

Even though Marco Fassone has reassured Gattuso and the squad that UEFA’s decision will not impact the plans of the club, some important players could leave this summer.

Among the players that could leave AC Milan this summer is Giacomo Bonaventura. Sports director Massimiliano Mirabelli has confirmed that the Italian international is the most wanted Rossoneri player on the market today. Gennaro Gattuso considers Jack as a pillar of his game system and wants the 28 year old to stay at San Siro even for next season.

However the recent problems with UEFA could have a negative effect on Bonaventura. The player is wanted in Italy by both Juventus and Roma and his agent, Mino Raiola, has confirmed that he has received offers from several foreign clubs. Courtship from other teams and the dubious future of the Rossoneri club could push Bonaventura towards the exit.

Calciomercato.com reports that the sale of Bonaventura is not simple, and also depends on Suso. If AC Milan sell the Spanish winger (has a release clause of 38 million euros) than Jack is destined to stay at San Siro. But if Suso stays that would leave the road open for Bonaventura to make a decision freely. Whatever the case only one can leave this summer. Hopefully both will stay.
