Elliot sacks the entire board of the Rossoneri and names new managers
With Yonghong Li out of the picture Elliot has already started to make changes at the club by sacking the entire board of the Rossoneri company.
President Yonghong Li tried until the last moment to reach an agreement for the sale of Milan but apparently his attempts to close a last-minute deal with Russian billionaire Rybolovlev failed.
Elliot will take total control of the club this week. As reported by MilanNews.it, Elliott has initiated the procedures for the execution of the pledge on the 99% of AC Milan’s share. The American fund is not losing any time and has already started to change the club’s environment. There is concrete proof for this.
Elliot has already sent an official note requiring the immediate removal of the directors of Rossoneri Sport Lux, the company that owns AC Milan club. Chen Huashan and Henry Isabelle will be replaced by Viktor Schuh, Aldo Savi, Gloria Centineo and Cavarretta Mazzoleni. So, this is the new board of Rossoneri Sport which will be official by next week.
Then it’s time to make considerable changes at the structure of the club with repots claiming that Marco Fassone and Massimiliano Mirabelli could be fired by the American fund while Paolo Maldini and Demetrio Albertini can join the new management.
