Juventus-Milan, probable lineups

One of the biggest historical matches in Serie A will have another chapter this weekend, as Juventus take on AC Milan today in a contest that could make or break the season for these two teams.

Massimiliano Allegri wants to redeem after the disappointing draw at Ferrara against Spal and keep Napoli at a distance. The Bianconeri are at the top of the standings and want to stay there until the end. On the other hand, the group of Gennaro Gattuso is running for a place in the Champions League and needs to score points.

Clear ideas for Gattuso and his Milan. Like usual the coach will deploy the 4-3-3 formation. In front of Gianluigi Donnarumma there will be Davide Calabria, Leonardo Bonucci, Alessio Romagnoli and Ricardo Rodriguez. In midfield Lucas Biglia will direct the game of the Rossoneri, while Franck Kessie and Giacomo Bonaventura are confirmed on his side.

In attack, Jesus Suso and Hakan Calhanoglu will support the lone striker. And that’s the only doubt of Gattuso. Patrick Cutrone was considered to be favorite for this match but the coach is counting on the excellent moment of Andre Silva who returns to play from first minute in Serie A after a long period as a substitute.

JUVENTUS (4-2-3-1): Buffon; Lichtsteiner, Benatia, Chiellini, Asamoah; Khedira, Pjanic, Matuidi; Douglas Costa, Dybala, Higuain.

AC MILAN (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Calabria, Bonucci, Romagnoli, Rodriguez; Kessié, Biglia, Bonaventura; Suso, Calhanoglu, Andre Silva.
