Gattuso replies to Maldini and Nesta

The Rossoneri coach commented on many topics in today’s press conference, and was also asked by journalists on the statements of his former teammates Maldini and Nesta.

First of all Alessandro Nesta, who in a recent interview declared: “This Milan at most can aspire to qualify for Europa League“. Rino Gattuso replied: “I would sign immediately to leave my place to him in two or three years. Sandro knows that this is his home, we will also give him a room if he wants to. It can also help us on the defensive line. This is his home and the doors are always open. Aspire for Europa League at max? It’s an idea of Sandro and I respect it“.

Other important statements on the Rossoneri club came yesterday from the legendary Paolo Maldini, who criticized the past management of Silvio Berlusconi and was not particularly confident about the current one. Mr. Gattuso: “Here you must work 24 hours in 24, I know what it means to see Milan seventh in the standings after being used to a perfect machine for 30 years, but there is a club that is working, providing everything needed to the players. Now the results are not perfect, but here there are people with great passion and professionalism, and who want to bring back Milan where it has been for so many years“.
