AC Milan in advanced talks with Arsene Wenger

AC Milan management have reportedly chosen former Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger as the successor of Gennaro Gattuso.

The last three consecutive wins are not enough to grant tranquility to AC Milan coach Gennaro Gattuso. According to various media outlets the Rossoneri will sack Rino at the end of the season and appoint Arsene Wenger as new AC Milan coach.

France Football reports that the Red and Blacks are in advanced contacts with the former Arsenal manager. Arsene Wenger left the Gunners at the end of last season after 22 years in London. During his time at the Emirates stadium the French coach won 3 Premier League titles, 7 FA Community Shields and 7 FA Cups.

Champions League qualification looks well within the reach of the Rossoneri this season but some performances of the team have not gone down well with the management. Existential doubts persist whether Gattuso is the right person to guide AC Milan in this new era.

According to France Football, Paul and Gordon Singer are big admirers of Arsense Wenger and are pushing for his appointment. Apparently in recenet weeks there has been a meting between Wenger and the Rossoneri club and the French coach has offered his full availability, even for January.
