OFFICIAL – AC Milan sign Croatian wonderkid

AC Milan have announced the signing of Croatian talented youngster Antonio Mionic. The 17 year old midfielder will join the Allievi U17 team.

The news had been circulating for a while but now it’s official. AC Milan have secured the services of Antonio Mionic, a very young 2001 born midfielder who was just released from Istra 1961, Croatian club where the promising prospect played until last December.

Mionic, who will turn 17 next May, is considered an already complete talent and yet another prodigy of the excellent Croatian school of football, which in recent years has launched champions and promises such as Modric, Rakitic, Kovacic and many others. Antonio Mionic will join the Rossoneri immediately and will initially become part of the Allievi U17 team.
