Player rejects 10 million per seasons from China to join Milan instead

It is a turbulent period on the corporate front with the future owner of club still a mystery but sporting director Massimiliano Mirabelli continues to work on the market like usual. After completing the signing of Pepe Reina, Ivan Strinic and Alen Halilovic, the Italian manager is hunting for a new striker.

The guaranteed departure of Nikola Kalinic with Atletico Madrid as his next destination is about to free a new place in AC Milan squad. The management has identified Simone Zaza as the ideal replacement with an operation of loan with obligation to buy about to come to a fruitful end in the coming days.

Zaza has always been a great fan of AC Milan and this is also why the Rossoneri have always been his first choice. The operation between the Red and Blacks and Valencia is not yet closed but it’s expected to be just a formality. The former Juventus will join Milan for a total fee of 20 million euros and earn 2,5 million per year.

So much so that in recent months the player has said no to several proposals, including a very rich offer from China. Paulo Sousa’s Tianjin offered him a very wealthy contract of 10 million euros net per season reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.
