AC Milan have closed the sale of Gustavo Gomez to Boca Juniors reports Premium. The 24 year old defender returns in Argentine after a disappointing two years spell at San Siro.

Premium Sport confirms the rumors circulating this morning. The Paraguayan defender is very close to Boca Juniors and his transfer can be concluded today or tomorrow. The formula is the same that led Jose Sosa to Trabzonspor, loan with the obligation to make the move permanent: AC Milan will cash in immediately 500 thousand euros plus 6 million in the summer.
A good operation for the Rossoneri who in the summer of 2016 had paid 8 million to sign Gustavo Gomez from Lanus. In the meantime, however, his evaluation has obviously decreased due to his not so impressive performances. Still recovering six and a half million was not easy.
