It’s all done. Napoli 35 year old goalkeeper Pepe Reina join AC Milan on a free transfer and will sign a 3 year contract with the Rossoneri today.
Sky Sport reveals today that the Spanish goalkeeper will undergo medical examinations and sign the contract with AC Milan today. The 35 year old keeper’s contract with Napoli expires in June and he joins the Rossoneri on a free transfer. If Gianluigi Donnarumma remains, Reina will be his deputy while in case of Gigio’s departure, he would become the new starting goalkeeper.
Pepe Reina should sign a two year contract with an option for another year. According to rumors the 35 year old will ear 3 million per year however there is still no confirmation regarding the exact figures of the agreement. A lucrative contract for Reina who in the summer will turn 36 and is one of the most experienced players in Serie A.
