Sevilla to sign Andre Silva but only on one condition
AC Milan loanee Andre Silva is conquering the Spanish La Liga and Sevilla have decided to make his transfer permanent.
It has been a fantastic start of life for Andre Silva in Spain. The Portuguese striker has scored 7 goals in the first 8 La Liga games topping the goalscorers chart. His best performance came against Real Madrid where the 22 year old scored a brace and sealed a a glorious victory for the Andalusia club.
No wonder Sevilla are eager to sign Andre Silva on a permanent deal. The talented striker was loaned from AC Milan this summer but the Spanish club have an option to buy Silva at the end of the season for 35 million euros.
Italian media reports that Sevilla have already informed the Rossoneri about their transfer plans regarding Silva. The Spanish club are open to exercise their option to buy but only if AC Milan accept the payment to be made in four installments of 8.75 million a year until 2023.
It’s year unclear if the Rossoneri would be willing to accommodate such a request. However 35 million, plus 3 for his one-year loan, would allow Milan to recoup their entire investment made one year ago when Mirabelli and Fassone purchased Silva for 38 million from Porto. The will of the player will be crucial in AC Milan’s final decision.
