After a difficult beginning in the league AC Milan has finally started to deliver and Giacomo Bonaventura has been one of the best players so far.
With 3 goals in 7 Serie A games Giacomo Bonaventura is among AC Milan’s top goalscorers in this start of the season. An excellent beginning that the 29 year old Italy international attributes to coach Gennaro Gattuso’s tactical preparation.
After the Rossoneri’s convincing 3-1 victory against Chievo Verona yesterday the central midfielder offered his thought on the match for Milan TV, crediting Rino for his prolific start this season.
“Gattuso is the coach with whom I score most. Since he arrived he has given me so much. Scoring is not my priority, the coach asks me to make a complete performance in all phases and I’m lucky that my teammates put me in a position to score“.
“The general conditions of the squad have improved with quality players arriving this summer. The level of the team has increased a lot and this helps the individuals express themselves better on the pitch. The team, in the last year and a half, is doing very well but still has room for improvement. This is the best Milan side I have played for“.
