Statistics: 3 Rossoneri in top 4 for most passes completed classification

The first statistics have emerged after the opening Serie A weekend of the new season. AC Milan dominated Crotone and posed some interesting data.

Two days after the opening weekend of the new 2017/18 Serie A season, it is time to analyze the most interesting data. The statistics collected by Squawka, the famous English portal of football statistical analysis. According to Squawka, it was an absolute dominance for the rossoneri players, able to place themselves among the top four Serie A players for most passes completed. Leading in first place is captain Leo Bonucci with 95 completed passes, followed by Musacchio (87), Diawara (86) and just off the podium Franck Kessie with 83.

AC Milan defeated Crotone 3-0, away from San Siro, with goals by Franck Kessie, Patrick Cutrone and Suso. All the goals were scored in the first half. The rossoneri will travel to Macedonia to play the second Europa League leg against Shkendija on 24 August and 3 days later will face Cagliari in San Siro (read here).
