We mentioned before that Chelsea were interested in signing AC Milan right winger Suso. In fact the offer of the London side was an undisclosed fee, believed to be around 20 million, plus both Gary Cahill and David Luiz. As explained, the Rossoneri rejected this bid. The Spain international is an important part of the first team and the Red and Blacks will offer him a new contract at the end of the season.
David Luiz, now 31 years old, has suffered a sharp decline in form in recent seasons. He had fallen out of favor with former coach Antonio Conte but now with Sarri he has regained his spot in the starting eleven.

A product of AC Milan’s youth system, Matteo Darmian made his first-team debut in a Coppa Italia match, aged 16. He left AC Milan in 2010 to move to Palermo and a few later he was one of the most sought after defenders in Italy.
In 2015 the Italian 28 year old full back joined Manchester United, at the time coached by Louis van Gaal. After a bright start things went south for Darmian and ever since he transformed into a bench player under Jose Mourinho. It seemed that his nightmare was coming to end end this summer but United blocked his departure.
The former Rossoneri talent is a very versatile player and can occupy every position in defense. A third return at San Siro with the Red and Black jersey? Unlikely but it is a possibility. Mario Balotelli was close to leaving Nice a few months ago but he failed to agree a deal with interested clubs, especially Marseille.
The Italy international was a Rossoneri player for three seasons. His first spell at San Siro was very productive with Balotelli scoring 30 goals in 54 appearances before being sold to Liverpool for 20 million euros. Anthony Martial | LW | Manchester United
It is not a mystery that Anthony Martial and Jose Mourinho don’t go along very well with each-other. The duo had differences and the French left winger was desperate to leave Old Trafford last summer.
The Rossoneri were among the interested parties and technical director Leonardo presented an official offer for the 22 year old. The negotiation was in an advanced stage but in the end Manchester United blocked his departure despite Mourinho’s approval.
