Salernitana vs Milan, probable lineups

Coach Stefano Pioli has already decided the starting eleven for Salernitana vs Milan. Giroud to play in attack with Ibrahimovic still out.

AC Milan will face Salernitana on tonight at 20:45 CET, away from San Siro. The Rossoneri plan to continue their good form while the host struggle to avoid relegation. Despite the opponents being considered of low danger on paper, Pioli will deploy his best starting eleven for Salernitana vs Milan.

The Hernandez returns on the left after the red card he received against Inter. Nevertheless, Theo is one yellow card away from suspension and must be careful. Captain Alessio Romagnoli and Fikayo Tomori will form the central duo in defence while Davide Calabria completes the back four. As always, Mike Maignan between the posts.

Coach Stefano Pioli has decided to make one change in midfield. Ismael Bennacer will play from the first minute alongside Sandro Tonali. The Algerian central midfielder has done really well in recent outings.

There is the usual dilemma on the right wing. However, Stefano Pioli will likely deploy Junior Messias from the first minute in Salernitana vs Milan. In-form Rafael Leao will play on the left wing with Brahim Diaz completing the trio in support of Olivier Giroud.

The French striker will continue to lead the Rossoneri attack in the absence of Zlatan Ibrahimovic. In today’s press conference, Pioli said that Zlatan is doing better but there is still no exact date for his return.

SALERNITANA (4-3-1-2): Sepe, Mazzocchi, Dragusin, Fazio, Ranieri, Ederson, Radovanovic, Coulibaly, Ribery, Djuricic, Bonnazzoli.

AC MILAN (4-2-3-1): Maignan, Calabria, Tomori, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez, Tonali, Bennacer, Junior Messias, Diaz, Leao, Giroud.
