Gattuso to make two key changes for Parma-Milan

Coach Gennaro Gattuso is planning to make two key changes for the upcoming Serie A match Parma-Milan.

After beating Lazio and holding tight the fourth place AC Milan face Parma on Saturday. The Rossoneri need another win to keep Roma and other opponents at a distance. For this match, coach Gennaro Gattuso is expected to make two important changes to the starting eleven.

Starting from the defence. Captain Alessio Romagnoli suffered an injury against Lazio. He had to abandon the match in the second half fortunately he is fully fit. However, coach Gattuso doesn’t want to risk, also taking into consideration the Coppa Italia semi-final to be played a few days after Parma-Milan.

Rino intends to keep Romagnoli fresh. Veteran centre back Cristian Zapata will take his place in the back line. The Colombian defender was rock solid against Lazio and is expected to partner alongside Mateo Musacchio.

A great news is the return of Lucas Paqueta. La Gazzetta Dello Sport confirms today that the Brazilian midfielder has recovered in record time. He will certainly play in Parma-Milan and very likely from the first minute.

It was initially reported that Lucas Paqueta could stay out for one month. The 21-year-old suffered a serious injury against Udinese. Thankfully he participated in the entire training session with the group yesterday.
