AC Milan make €25m bid for De Bruyne heir

AC Milan have made a bid for Belgium attacking midfielder Charles De Ketelaere according to reports from Spain.

AC Milan are seriously interested in Club Brugge duo Noa Lang and Charles De Ketelaere. The Dutch winger and Belgian attacking midfielder have excelled in the last two seasons.

De Ketelaere has been on AC Milan’s radar for a long time. The 21-year-old attacking midfielder is gifted with excellent technical qualities that have helped him establish himself as one of the best youngsters across Europe. Elegant, inventive and supremely technically skilled, De Ketelaere is considered Belgium’s next superstar and the heir to Keven De Bryne.

The Belgium international has scored 17 goals and assisted on 9 occasions in 41 appearances this season. Todofichajes.com reports that AC Milan have made an offer of 25 million euros plus bonuses for Charles De Ketelaere. The bid is close to the 35 million figure requested by Club Brugge to sell its gem, whose contract will expire on June 2024.

The 21-year-old attacking midfielder is coveted by several European clubs and Brugge hope to start a bidding war this summer. Napoli are also interested in his services while Tottenham and Leicester want to bring him in the Premier League. Competition is high but AC Milan will play their cards.
