AC Milan make official offer for Dani Ceballos

AC Milan are ready to speed up negotiations for Dani Ceballos. The Rossoneri will present their first official offer to Real Madrid this week.

MILAN TRANSFER NEWS – A top level midfielder for Marco Giampaolo. AC Milan have decided, for Dani Ceballos it is worth spending. But with the right formula. According to today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Rossoneri trio Boban-Maldini-Massara is ready to sit down with the Real Madrid and purchase the talented Spanish midfielder.

In the previous meeting between AC Milan and Real Madrid the parties discussed the availability of at least five players, but Milan will focus on Dani Ceballos. The ductility of the Spain Under-21 star, in addition of course, to its technical qualities, is greatly appreciated by the Rossoneri and coach Giampaolo. Still, finding the right formula for the transfer is tricky.

Real Madrid value Dani Ceballos at around 45-50 million. According to La Gazzetta, the Rossoneri would have studied an alternative way. AC Milan will propose a two-year loan with the right or obligation to make the move permanent for €40 million euros. The payment will be made in several installments so as to be able to spread the sum invested on several balance sheets.

A good solution to respect the Financial Fair Play but also avoid spending half of the reported 80 million summer transfer budget on only player. Tomorrow AC Milan will resume talks with Real Madrid and the player’s agent.

Dani Ceballos will be offered the same wage he earns at Los Blancos, 4 million euros per season. The 22-year-old central midfielder is the absolute protagonist of the U-21 European Championship currently being hosted in Italy. He has led Spain to the semi-final with 2 goals and 2 assists. If talks proceed smoothly Ceballos will be the first top signing of Maldini and Boban.
