Krunic receives rich offer, AC Milan have already identified the substitute

AC Milan midfielder Rade Krunic has accepted a very rich offer from Turkey. AC Milan have already identified the substitute.

Saudi Arabia clubs are making waves with their signings this summer brining many important European names to the local league, especially from the Premier League. However, even Turkish clubs are catching the eye with Galatasaray signing on permanent transfer players like Mauro Icardi and Wilfried Zaha or Edin Dzeko and Dusan Tadic joining Fenerbahce .

Fenerbahce are now looking at AC Milan for their next important signing. The giant Turkish club wants to secure the services of Rade Krunic. Fenerbahce have offered Krunic a very rich contract offer that would make him one of the highest paid in the country and the 29-year-old Bosnia has already accepted their proposal. Negotiations between Fenerbahce and Krunic have caught Milan off guard because the Rossoneri didn’t expected for him to leave.

In fact, Stefano Pioli has reportedly asked AC Milan to keep Krunic. It is not a secret that the Italian coach favors Rade but the Rossoneri are open to negotiate. At the moment there is no agreement between the two clubs. Unlike the Saudis, Turkish clubs are following a different strategy by offering rich contracts to the players but getting them for free or on low transfer fees.

Fenerbahce’s offer at the moment is considered very low. AC Milan are willing to part ways with Rade Krunic if a bid in the region of €10 million arrives. In 2019 the Rossoneri spent €8.6 million to purchase him from Empoli. In his four seasons at San Siro Krunic has made 125 appearances with the Red and Blacks scoring 3 goals.

The Rossoneri have already started to plan for life after Krunic. AC Milan have identified Nicolas Dominguez as the perfect player to replace the Bosnia international. Dominguez has been on AC Milan’s radar for a while and a transfer to San Siro is highly likely for the Argentinian midfielder whose contract with Bologna expires in one year.

Bologna are currently asking the same transfer fee AC Milan want from Fenerbahce for Krunic. Nicolas Dominguez also has the backing of former Milan midfielder Massimo Ambrosini who recently suggested his signing “Dominguez has personality and is the perfect player for Stefano Pioli’s way of football”.
